A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Care Coordinator to manage patient care packages in Spennymoor. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a full UK driving license. Responsibilities include coordinating care and effective communication with clients and health professionals. Salary: From £27,000 + bonus & on-call (DOE). Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday. Location: Spennymoor, County Durham, DL16.
