Position Details

Main Scale Educational Psychologist – Year 3 Trainee educational psychologist. Salary: £46,525 to £56,540 per annum, extending up to £61,848. Working hours: 37 hours per week (flexible patterns considered).

About the role

You will join a small, passionate and committed team that advocates effective child‑centred, evidence based practices. As an Educational Psychologist you will provide purposeful assessment linked to educational psychological principles and research, incorporate early intervention strategies, systemic consultative approaches, psychometric investigation and therapeutic techniques. You will deliver statutory responsibilities and a well‑received service offer to schools, positively influencing children’s educational achievement, emotional well‑being and independence.

Required qualifications

• Hold a Post Graduate Degree in Educational Psychology and be or be working toward a post‑graduated qualification in Education Psychology.
