You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers, deliver exceptional service, and contribute to process improvements that enhance our HRSS offering.**Key responsibilities:*** Manage payroll inputs, reconciliations, and error corrections for multiple pay and benefit structures.* Ensure compliance with payroll and pension legislation across in-scope countries.* Provide clear, customer-focused advice on payroll matters, escalating complex cases as needed.* Generate and analyse HRSS reports, identifying trends and recommending improvements.* Support and lead process improvement projects within HR Shared Services.* Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external payroll providers**Knowledge, skills & experience:*** Previous experience in a similar position aligned to UK and overseas is highly desirable* Naturally curious and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative.
