Qualifications

  • Relevant childcare qualification, Level 3 minimum.
  • Experience leading in an Early Years setting.

Kido High Barnet Nursery & Preschool is looking for a Nursery Room Leader to join our team. The role is based in Kido High Barnet Nursery & Preschool and offers a salary of £28,000 to £33,000 per year.

Responsibilities

As a Nursery Room Leader you will be an ambassador for Kido values, a gatekeeper of our culture, and a leader within an Early Years setting. You will ensure the delivery of high‑quality early childhood education, support staff, manage daily routines, and maintain a safe, nurturing environment.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Relevant childcare qualification, Level 3 minimum.
  • Experience leading in an Early Years setting.
  • Level 2 qualifications in English including functional skills if obtained a Level 3 after 2014.
