Job summary
A leading UK retailer is seeking a Store Manager in Peterhead. In this hands-on role, you'll oversee all store operations, manage a team, and drive sales while instilling company values. The ideal candidate will have experience in retail management and preferably in managing high-volume digital operations. As a Store Manager, you will have full accountability for running your own store and leading a team. This is a very hands‑on role, where you will be responsible for spinning a lot of plates in order to drive operational standards and deliver sales. In addition to this, many of our stores offer an online home delivery service and experience of managing a high-volume digital operation would be an advantage.
You will need to be hard working, proactive and be able to instil our values into your team and store.
