Qualifications

• Proficiency in UNIX/Linux systems including Red Hat, Debian, Solaris, and AIX.
• Experience with shell scripting (Bash, KornShell).
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Ansible and Terraform.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second level technical support on incidents and problems.
• Monitor overall system performance and ensure smooth system functionality.
• Create, maintain, and utilise documentation.
• Assist in building compliance with processes and policies.
