Oikonomakis Law is continuing its international expansion and is seeking a motivated and ambitious Newly Qualified (NQ) Solicitor to join our London office. This role offers a broad mix of legal work, including drafting, advisory tasks, research, client interaction, and involvement in negotiations and dispute resolution matters under supervision.

• Assist in providing legal advice across a range of matters under supervision
• Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, agreements, research memos, and reports
• Support senior solicitors in negotiations, mediations, and hearings
• Conduct legal research and help prepare case strategies
• Collaborate with colleagues across our global offices on multi-jurisdictional matters
• Contribute to client communication and maintain high standards of client care
• Stay updated on legal developments relevant to your practice areas

• Newly Qualified (NQ) Solicitor in England & Wales (or qualification expected shortly)
• Strong academic background
• Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work
• Proactive, positive, and eager to learn
• Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with colleagues and clients
• A collaborative team player who can also work independently when required
• Demonstrated interest in international, cross-border legal work is an advantage
