A leading technology training provider in the UK is seeking an experienced MIS and Compliance Manager to oversee ILR data management and funding compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy of learner records, manage compliance audits, and support the development of internal processes. Strong analytical and organizational skills required, with experience in the education sector preferred. This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months with potential for extension.

We are seeking an experienced MIS and Compliance Manager with a strong understanding of funding and delivery rules across the education and skills sector. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in processing ILR data and funding claims, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all submissions. The postholder will be responsible for validating evidence, maintaining compliant learner records, and supporting robust internal processes that underpin error‑free claims with our funding partners. This role is critical in safeguarding contractual performance, driving data quality, and ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
This is a fixed‑term contract for 12 months, with the potential to be extended, or made permanent.
