Job summary
A luxury travel company in London seeks an experienced travel consultant to create unique itineraries for the Middle East and Silk Route. The ideal candidate has over four years in luxury travel, excels in relationship-building, and possesses deep regional knowledge. This role includes a generous compensation package with a basic salary of £34,067 and OTE up to £90,000. The position allows for hybrid working, typically three days in office and two WFH.

- Minimum of four years’ experience in a tour operator or luxury travel environment.
- Deep knowledge of Middle East and Silk Route destinations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Create personalised travel itineraries showcasing meaningful experiences.
- Engage with guests through calls and emails to understand their needs.
- Apply advanced sales techniques to convert leads and upsell experiences.
- Manage follow-up tasks including booking confirmations and CRM updates.
- Travel on FAM trips to gather insights and deliver product training.
