A leading media company is seeking a Royalties Subject Matter Expert to support the implementation of new royalty management systems. The role involves providing expert guidance on royalty processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in royalty operations, proficiency in systems like Alliant and Rightsline, and a proven track record in system implementation projects. This position is a 12-month fixed term contract based in Manchester with hybrid working arrangements.
Workplace: ITV Manchester, Media City + Hybrid – expectation is 2-3 days in the office per week.
ITV distributes both our own ITV Studios produced and acquired programmes and formats worldwide. The Royalty Payments team is responsible for reporting to producers, broadcasters, other stakeholders and contributors for their shares of the profit that is generated from these sales.
The team is part of central Finance Operations and provides support to ITV’s content distribution arm, Global Partnerships. The Royalty Payments team also collaborates closely with colleagues in Talent Payments, Rights, Business Affairs and Finance.
We are seeking an experienced Royalties Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join us on a 12 month fixed term contract. You will support the successful implementation of our new royalty management systems, Alliant and Rightsline. This role will provide expert guidance on royalty processes, contract structures, and business requirements to ensure the new systems are configured accurately and efficiently for end-to-end royalty operations.
