We’re looking for a digitally-savvy, creative content producer with a passion for storytelling, brand presence and meaningful marketing. You’ll showcase the powerful work happening every day across both YoungEducation Tuition and our Alternative Provision — helping us reach more parents, schools, local authorities and communities.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Create high-quality video, reels, photos, graphics and written content
  • Manage and grow our social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • Capture authentic stories from teaching sessions, staff wins and student success
  • Develop content calendars + digital campaigns around recruitment, referrals & events
  • Monitor analytics and use data to improve reach, engagement and brand visibility
  • Support paid digital advertising campaigns
  • Experience running Meta Ads + Google Ads campaigns is a strong advantage
  • Opportunity to earn OTE linked to measurable marketing-driven revenue growth
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Creates strong visual content and edits video confidently
  • Writes well and understands storytelling tone + purpose
  • Understands how to grow digital presence through strategy + creativity
  • Can run or support paid ad campaigns (Meta / Google highly desirable)
  • Is proactive, organised, curious and keeps ideas flowing
  • Has interest/experience in the education or youth sector (not essential)
  • Is excited by a role that has measurable growth outcomes with OTE potential
