Job summary
A leading media production company in the UK is seeking a Junior Automation Director to assist in managing automated programming. You will co-direct live broadcasts, manage automation systems, and ensure quality control for video and audio presentations. Ideal candidates will have experience in broadcast media, strong communication skills, and a passion for news broadcasting. This full-time position requires flexibility with working hours including nights and weekends.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of world news and a passion for news broadcasting.
- Experience in an automation gallery is desirable.
- Gallery and studio experience is essential.
Responsibilities
- Co-direct live and non-live programming across various platforms.
- Manage the Automation Graphical User Interface and ensure smooth operations.
- Anticipate challenges and find solutions in a live broadcast environment.
