As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting clients within their own homes, ensuring they receive high-quality, compassionate care tailored to their individual needs. • Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
• Medication Administration: Administer prescribed medication safely and accurately.
• Meal Preparation: Prepare healthy meals and snacks in line with clients’ preferences and dietary requirements.
• Companionship: Offer emotional support, conversation, and companionship to clients.
• Light Housekeeping: Perform light domestic duties to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.
• Record Keeping: Maintain clear and accurate records of care provided.
