A civil engineering company in Redditch is seeking a Head Fitter to oversee workshop operations and manage the workload of personnel. The ideal candidate will possess essential certifications, including Testing and Inspection Certification and HGV Certification. Responsibilities include coordinating repairs of plant machinery, maintaining safety standards, and mentoring trainees. This role is self-employed and offers hourly hours from 07:30am to 16:30pm.

We are currently seeking a Head Fitter. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient running of the workshop and yard and maximising availability of plant machinery across sites.
The successful candidate will also allocate and monitor the workload of workshop and yard personnel ensuring health and safety of all within the workshop and yard.

o Contract Type: Self-employed
