Senior Utilities & Facilities Platform Engineer
Job summary
A global biopharma company is seeking a Utilities Platform Engineer to work with the QF02 Project team in Barnard Castle. This role is vital for the design, installation, and performance of mechanical systems and hazardous utilities. Candidates should have a degree in Mechanical Engineering and relevant experience in regulated industries. The role requires proficiency in SAP CMMS, providing technical expertise across the organization while ensuring compliance and managing quality documentation.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in a highly regulated industry (GMP).
- Working towards or achieved Chartered Engineer (CEng) status.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Barnard Castle point of contact for mechanical systems.
- Ensure specification, documentation and validation testing are completed.
- Own a range of GQP and GES standards.
- Prepare and manage technical quality documentation.
- Define and own asset maintenance strategies.
