White Goods Field Service Technician – High Bonus + Training
Job summary
A leading appliance repair company in the UK is looking for a White Goods Engineer to perform diagnostics and repairs of various domestic appliances in customer homes. The role requires at least 2 years of experience in the white goods sector, a valid driving license, and excellent customer service skills. You will receive a competitive salary ranging from £27,000 to £36,000, plus performance bonuses and a sign-on bonus of £1,500.

- Minimum 2 years' experience in the white goods repair sector in a field based capacity.
- Up-to-date working knowledge in fault diagnosis and repair of at least 4 of the following: washing machines, dishwashers, fridge/freezers, tumble dryers, electric ovens.
- Full UK manual driving licence (max 6 points).
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair at least four core domestic appliances in customers' homes.
- Deliver excellent customer service during on-site visits.
- Use intuitive software to manage your day and order parts.
