Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the white goods repair sector in a field based capacity.
• Up-to-date working knowledge in fault diagnosis and repair of at least 4 of the following: washing machines, dishwashers, fridge/freezers, tumble dryers, electric ovens.
• Full UK manual driving licence (max 6 points).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair at least four core domestic appliances in customers' homes.
• Deliver excellent customer service during on-site visits.
