Job summary
A leading fund services firm in London is seeking a UK Funds Lawyer with up to 2 years of PQE to join their Governance, Legal & Compliance team. The role offers exceptional legal work with significant client exposure. Candidates must have a solid understanding of financial regulations and strong contract negotiation skills. Qualifications
- Up to 2 years' PQE in a similar role, either in private practice or in-house.
- Experience with regulations affecting financial services and investment management.
- Familiarity with UCITS and AIFMD.
Responsibilities
- Support the business from a legal perspective in the UK.
- Advise on the formation and distribution of various fund structures.
- Draft and negotiate various agreements and fund documentation.
