Purpose:This is a strategic but hands-on marketing leadership role focused on driving growth for iAM Compliant in the education sector. The Head of Marketing will lead the planning and delivery of a high-impact marketing strategy that resonates with schools and MATs, supports both new business acquisition and customer retention, and elevates the brand’s position in the EdTech space. Working closely with senior leadership, subject matter experts, and external partners, this role will own the CRM (HubSpot), content, campaigns, and website – turning insights into opportunity and creative into results. It’s a role for a commercially minded marketer who knows the education landscape and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Let’s cut to brass tacks. This is a hands-on role that suits someone who truly understands the audience and how to influence them, but also how to convert them into new business opportunity. It’s a fast-paced, strategic role for someone who knows EdTech and understands how to reach and engage with schools, speaking their language whilst doing so. You'll work with the business leaders & SMEs at a critical time in our growth, leading everything from messaging and planning to content, campaigns and performance.
