- Provide timely and accurate medical advice remotely via text, video, and prescription consultations
- Be available to support patients through data-secure digital platforms
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with patients
- Adhere to privacy and data protection guidelines and industry regulations
- Medical Degree + Residency completion. All specialties are welcome
- Valid Medical License in Hong Kong
- Fluent in Cantonese and English
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards patients
- Comfortable using digital platforms for secure communication
- Living in the United Kingdom or available during 21:00–09:00 HK time
