Our client, a leading whole-of-market mortgage brokerage, is looking to appoint an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join their growing team. This is a fully remote role for a Scotland-based adviser, with quarterly travel to Glasgow for team meetings.
This is a fantastic chance to join an established brokerage with an excellent reputation for client service and tailored financial solutions. You’ll be advising on the full range of mortgage and protection products, supported by a highly efficient back-office team, while enjoying the flexibility of home-based working.
- Advise clients on the full spectrum of mortgage and protection products from across the whole market
- Manage your own pipeline from initial enquiry through to completion
- Deliver client meetings via phone and video conferencing
- Maintain current product and regulatory knowledge
- Work to both personal and company targets while delivering exceptional service
- Attend quarterly in-person meetings in Glasgow
- Previous full-market mortgage brokerage experience – essential
- Proven track record of delivering results in a remote advisory role
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and commercially driven
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident with CRM systems and digital tools
- Competitive starting salary + uncapped commission structure
- Fully remote working (Scotland-based)
- Regular support and ongoing professional development
