Role Description

This is a full-time, contract-based, remote position as an Email Account Manager at PDM. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing strategic creative direction to drive performance for our paid advertising client campaigns. You’ll work with established SOPs and a proven system that delivers results. Your clients will see great outcomes, and your daily workflow will be seamless. With your creative flair and input, we’ll take things to the next level.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with onboarding new clients
  • Communicating daily with the email management team and clients
  • Ensuring all creatives are delivered on time and meet quality standards (e.g., spelling, brand guidelines)
  • Bringing proactive ideas and suggestions for creative and process improvements
  • Leading the creative strategy for new clients coming in
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in creative strategy within Email marketing
  • Demonstrated success managing design and delivering high-performing creatives
  • A portfolio or case studies showing past email performance driven by your creative direction
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
  • Openness to feedback and a commitment to continuous improvement
