A prominent religious organization is seeking a Planned Maintenance Surveyor to manage a program worth around £8m annually, ensuring safe and comfortable homes. The role requires strong technical knowledge, experience in contract management, and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with residents and contractors on various maintenance projects. The position offers a salary of £50,000 - £55,000 per annum plus additional benefits including a car allowance and remote working flexibility.

We are looking for a Planned Maintenance Surveyor to join our growing team, managing a programme of work worth around £8m annually. You’ll help ensure our residents live in safe, comfortable homes across our rental and Community Living schemes.
Home-based in the South West. Travel across England and Wales is required, with some visits to our London office.
