A global heritage organization is seeking a Projects & Training Assistant to support the development and delivery of heritage training initiatives across the Commonwealth. This part-time, remote role requires strong organizational and communication skills, alongside at least five years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will coordinate projects, liaise with stakeholders, and assist in training rollout. Flexible working hours offered.
The Projects & Training Assistant will play a vital supporting role in the scoping, development and delivery of high-profile projects and heritage skills training initiatives across the Commonwealth and the UK. Working closely with the Project Development Consultant and Training & Skills Consultant, the postholder will also serve as the primary liaison point for the International Advisory Committee (IAC), coordinating communications and supporting their engagement in CHF's mission and programmes.
This is a hybrid post combining support for professional activities with administrative responsibilities in a fully remote, part-time role. The successful candidate must be based in the UK and will be engaged as an independent contractor paid at an hourly rate agreed following interview.
