  • Reduce client onboarding bottlenecks, achieving SLA of 2–3 weeks.
  • Address gaps in due diligence, scheme compliance, and integration processes.
  • Improve Approval Ratio in partnership with Product and Customer Success.
  • Establish monitoring and reporting for fraud, disputes, and approvals.
  • Map existing processes, identify overlaps and gaps, and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Build an end-to-end pipeline across HubSpot, Risk & Compliance, CS, and BI.
  • Minimize manual work and reduce reliance on FTE-heavy processes.
  • Create a system of transparent accountability across operations.

  • Proven experience building operations from scratch or restructuring in a complex environment.
  • Strong understanding of customer success processes in regulated fintech.
  • Track record of adapting processes for portfolios of different sizes.
  • Expertise in RevOps principles with a focus on end-to-end metrics and scalability.
  • Ability to design and implement processes both hands-on and through teams.

  • Strong leadership and ability to unify cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with focus on KPIs and measurable outcomes.
