Affiliate Marketing Manager (Relocate to Dubai to build an AI-native global brand) at Puffy. Onsite in Dubai with relocation and visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Partnership Strategy: Work with the Head of Marketing to execute and refine the affiliate vision. Shape our growth strategy through your insights.
• Act with Radical Freedom: Manage budgets and tools (Impact, Partnerize) to negotiate groundbreaking deals and scale partners with autonomy.
• Become the Kingmaker: Operate in an organization led by a Forbes Council Member CEO, linking partnership strategy to multi-million dollar revenue and establishing Puffy as a premier luxury brand globally.

Qualifications

• You have a 5+ year history of building dominant affiliate programs in the hyper-competitive North American D2C sleep industry.
• You build strong relationships with organic publishers and performance partners, not just manage affiliates.
• You are a master negotiator who uses data to architect winning strategies that exceed ROAS goals.
