Job summary
A leading law enforcement agency is seeking Volunteer Cadet Leaders in London to inspire and motivate young people. This role offers the chance to gain leadership and teamwork skills, with a flexible commitment of just 2 hours a week. No prior experience is required as full training and ongoing support will be provided. If you’re passionate about making a difference in your community, this is a rewarding opportunity that also offers valuable insight into policing.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 or over with no upper age limit.
- Great interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport.
- Confident in leading and managing teams.
