Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing, ideally in the financial services or fintech industry.
• Proven experience with various testing types, including functional, regression, integration, and UAT.
• Exposure to testing financial applications, with knowledge of deposits or core banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist the BAT Manager in developing comprehensive test strategies and plans.
• Translate detailed business and functional requirements into clear test cases.
• Execute test cases manually and support automated test execution.
• Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.

Strong communication skills

Good analytical and problem‑solving skills

Experience working in agile business and technology development structure
