A leading automotive glass repair company in the UK is seeking a Trainer Assessor to deliver training and assessments for technicians. Then you should join the UK’s largest independent automotive glass repair and replacement specialist as a Trainer Assessor covering Aldershot, Reading, Slough, Crawley, Croydon, Hastings, Brighton and Westfield.
- You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessing of technicians working towards NVQ's, with a focus on technical proficiency, customer service and compliance with industry standards.
- Operating within the specified region the role with close collaborations with the Regional Director, Branch Managers, and other stakeholders to tailor training to local needs and drive continuous improvement.
- Staying current with windscreen technology, conducting assessments, giving feedback and maintaining accurate training records.
Our ideal candidate will:
- Hold a recognised NVQ Assessor qualification (e.g., Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement) and / or recognised training qualification
- Have relevant industry experience and knowledge related to the NVQs being assessed.
- Be computer literate, well-organised and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adapt to changes in the education and training landscape.
- Proficient in the use of IT systems and software for assessment and record-keeping.
- Work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive working environment
