What you're doing...
  • You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessing of technicians working towards NVQ's, with a focus on technical proficiency, customer service and compliance with industry standards.
  • Operating within the specified region the role with close collaborations with the Regional Director, Branch Managers, and other stakeholders to tailor training to local needs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Staying current with windscreen technology, conducting assessments, giving feedback and maintaining accurate training records.
Who we are looking for...

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a recognised NVQ Assessor qualification (e.g., Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement) and / or recognised training qualification
  • Have relevant industry experience and knowledge related to the NVQs being assessed.
  • Be computer literate, well-organised and capable of managing multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adapt to changes in the education and training landscape.
  • Proficient in the use of IT systems and software for assessment and record-keeping.
  • Work effectively within a team and contribute to a positive working environment
