A leading health organization in the United Kingdom is seeking a Program Manager to support the development and implementation of health equity strategies across the organization. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a strong background in health equity. As part of Buckeye Health Plan, the Program Manager will focus and support the development and implementation of Buckeye Health Plan' (BHP) health equity strategy and ensures that health equity is integrated across the organization’ s policies, programs, protocols, and services. Plan, organize, monitor, oversee and lead multiple, concurrent resultant projects utilizing cross functional teams to deliver defined requirements and meet company strategic objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, related field, or equivalent experience. Master’s degree preferred. 5+ years project implementation, product or program management experience. Managed care or prescription benefit management experience preferred. Experience in Health Equity, Social Determinants of Health preferred.
Pay Range $86,000.00 - $154,700.00 per year
Centene offers a comprehensive benefits package including competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, and a flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law, including full-time or part-time status. Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives. Benefits may be subject to program eligibility.
