Join our Change & Transformation team where your expertise in data systems will directly influence how we architect, analyse, and leverage enterprise data to power smarter decisions.

Drive Data Model Excellence You'll assess the impact of new data models across our technology ecosystem, identifying ripple effects on systems, tools, and processes. Your technical documentation will guide development teams while your impact assessments will prepare stakeholders for change.

Be the Bridge Between Worlds Acting as the vital link between data architects, developers, and business leaders, you'll translate complex technical concepts into clear business language. Your stakeholder management skills will ensure everyone—from C-suite to end users—understands both the 'what' and the 'why' behind our data initiatives.

Lead Analysis & Implementation From capturing GUI requirements to creating comprehensive test plans, you'll own the business analysis lifecycle on data-driven projects. You'll map processes, design user experiences through wireframes, and ensure seamless integration across platforms.

You bring 4+ years of Business Analysis experience with at least 2 years deeply embedded in data systems and data-driven transformation. You understand relational database design, SQL, and data modelling—not just conceptually, but practically.

Your technical toolkit includes enterprise architecture knowledge, API integration experience, and comfort with Azure cloud platforms. You've worked in agile environments where documentation meets iteration, and stakeholder management is an art you've mastered.

Most importantly, you possess that rare ability to simplify complexity. You can explain a technical architecture change to a non-technical executive just as effectively as you can challenge a data architect's assumptions.
