Job summary
A leading provider of compliance software is seeking an Enterprise Account Manager focused on life sciences manufacturing. You will play a key role in expanding the company's footprint across pharmaceutical, biotech, and CDMO customers. The ideal candidate will develop relationships, drive expansion, and ensure measurable business value from the platform investment. In this consultative role, you should have significant account management experience and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical manufacturing landscape.

- 7+ years of account management or enterprise sales experience in life sciences software.
- Ability to create customer engagement moments that foster senior stakeholder involvement.
- Proven track record of penetrating enterprise accounts through multi-site expansion strategies.
Responsibilities
- Work with an Enterprise Account Executive to close new and expansion business.
- Drive site-by-site expansion of solutions across existing enterprise customers.
- Identify new opportunities for platform growth and lead with primary solutions.
