The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in project coordination, excellent MS Office skills, and a proactive, client-focused approach. - Support Project Managers with procurement and cost tracking.
- Coordinate site access, logistics, and stakeholder updates.

Join Us as a Project Coordinator at Inquest MASTers, Inc. for our Critical Services team in the City of London.
- Maintain project trackers, forecasting tools and documentation (RAMS, permits, O&M, handover packs).
- Support Project Managers with procurement, purchase orders, invoicing and cost tracking.
- Coordinate site access, logistics, meetings and stakeholder updates.
- Act as a client‑facing representative, building strong relationships.
- Maintain organised project folders and assist with compliance checks.
- 3+ years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or in an admin/project support role in building and construction.
- Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel).
- Experience with Procore or Breadcrumb beneficial.
- Understanding of POs, invoicing, forecasting and compliance documents.
- Highly organised, proactive, accurate and client‑focused.
