A leading project management firm in the City of London is looking for a Project Coordinator to support their Critical Services team. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of experience in project coordination, excellent MS Office skills, and a proactive, client-focused approach. Join Us as a Project Coordinator at Inquest MASTers, Inc. for our Critical Services team in the City of London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain project trackers, forecasting tools and documentation (RAMS, permits, O&M, handover packs).
  • Support Project Managers with procurement, purchase orders, invoicing and cost tracking.
  • Coordinate site access, logistics, meetings and stakeholder updates.
  • Act as a client‑facing representative, building strong relationships.
  • Maintain organised project folders and assist with compliance checks.
Requirements
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Project Coordinator or in an admin/project support role in building and construction.
  • Strong MS Office skills (especially Excel).
  • Experience with Procore or Breadcrumb beneficial.
  • Understanding of POs, invoicing, forecasting and compliance documents.
  • Highly organised, proactive, accurate and client‑focused.
