A leading independent real estate consultancy is seeking a motivated graduate for a role in Construction Project Management. The successful candidate will join well-established teams, engage in diverse project work, and begin working towards chartership through the APC programme starting summer 2026. Responsibilities include assisting with project delivery, managing information exchange, and drafting key documents.

Responsibilities
- Support project work typically ranging from £50k to over £7 million.
- Manage information exchange between project team members.
- Assist with the delivery of projects and take ownership of smaller projects within 12 months.
- Attend site visits and meetings.
- Draft key project documents.
- Act autonomously and seek approval when needed.
- Present project status effectively.
- Stay aware of current sector issues.
- Provide concise and accurate project reports.
- Assist in the bid process.

The successful candidate will start with Hollis in summer 2026. We’ll enrol you onto our APC programme from the start and begin working towards chartership.

- Provide concise and accurate reports, covering technical aspects of project delivery.
- Assist in the bid process.
