Job summary
A hospitality services provider is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to oversee operations at Belfast International Airport's Causeway Lounge. This role requires excellent customer service skills and previous experience in managing a team within a hospitality setting. - To plan, manage, deliver and present the food, beverages, and desk reception duties as per specification.
- Manage, guide and coach the assigned staff to ensure an efficient operation of the lounge.
- Interact with customers by explaining the food and beverages on offer.
- Supervise a team of service, cleaning and kitchen staff as well as the other resources.
- Supervise site compliance across Health and Safety and Food Safety operations.
- Continually bring added value to the contract through innovation and pro‑activeness.
- Provide solutions to operational airport challenges.
- Ensure all client and 3rd party paperwork is completed acutely, on time and reconciled to allow for accurate billing.
- Work towards achieving financial and non-financial targets.
- Excellent customer service
- Experience in managing a team.
- Previous experience working in a hospitality, travel, or reception supervisor role.
- The ability to prioritise and have an eye for detail.
- Good communication skills - written and verbal.
- The ability to demonstrate great team work skills.
- The ability to follow instruction.
