East Genomics, comprising the NHS East Genomics Laboratory Hub (EGLH) and East Genomics Medicine Service Alliance (EGMSA), delivers genomics testing to a patient population of around 9 million people, across the East Midlands and East of England. In this role, based at the central laboratory of East Genomics (Cambridge Genomics Laboratory), you will lead a Data and Performance Team for the East Genomic Medicine Service. You will create a data-first culture within the service, delivering projects that demonstrate how data can be used to drive policy, strategic decision making and efficiencies across the region.
You will drive development of novel solutions for data visualisation, modelling and monitoring to anticipate and communicate the impacts of service transformation to a wider audience. You will oversee the production of statutory reports, ensuring that they are accurate and delivered in a timely manner to appropriate stakeholders.
You will provide professional leadership on data analytics and performance, growing and developing your team as required, and ensuring that East Genomics can meet its service objectives and strategic goals.
