Salary: £14.50 per hour

Working Pattern
  • 40 Hours per week
  • 5 out of 7 Days
  • 04:00-20:30

The Role
  • To plan, manage, deliver and present the food, beverages, and desk reception duties as per specification.
  • Manage, guide and coach the assigned staff to ensure an efficient operation of the lounge.
  • Interact with customers by explaining the food and beverages on offer.
  • Supervise a team of service, cleaning and kitchen staff as well as the other resources.
  • Supervise site compliance across Health and Safety and Food Safety operations.
  • Continually bring added value to the contract through innovation and pro‑activeness.
  • Provide solutions to operational airport challenges.
  • Ensure all client and 3rd party paperwork is completed acutely, on time and reconciled to allow for accurate billing.
  • Work towards achieving financial and non-financial targets.
The Person
  • Excellent customer service
  • Experience in managing a team.
  • Previous experience working in a hospitality, travel, or reception supervisor role.
  • The ability to prioritise and have an eye for detail.
  • Good communication skills - written and verbal.
  • The ability to demonstrate great team work skills.
  • The ability to follow instruction.
