Job summary

Join our Grantham workshop‑home to an exceptionally experienced, knowledgeable, and long‑standing team. You will work side‑by‑side with our highly skilled Workshop Controller and Workshop Manager, gaining direct access to expert insight, guidance, and mentorship whenever you need it.
Focus purely on quality technical work across our own fleet‑around 90‑95% LCVs and 5‑10% cars – giving you real variety and the chance to sharpen your skills across different vehicle types.
As a Vehicle Technician you are responsible for the maintenance and repair of our vehicles to ensure they are safe and legally compliant for our customers to hire.
We are looking for a candidate with at least three years’ experience, a great attitude, a strong team spirit, and a genuine can‑do approach.
We have an internal IMI accredited training department, offering training in Hybrid & EV repair, tail lift, braking systems, electrics, and more. For those trained to Level 2, you can undergo a training needs analysis and receive a personalised training programme to increase your skill set.
