Job summary
A leading scientific publisher is seeking a Marketing Assistant or Executive to join its vibrant team in Cambridge. This role involves various marketing tasks, including managing the CRM system, supporting event organization, and promoting initiatives. Ideal candidates should have strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask. - One or two years’ work experience is desirable but not essential.
- Experience of Hubspot is desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of reporting platforms and paid advertising channels is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities
- Support the promotion of eLife initiatives.
- Organise eLife participation in scientific meetings.
- Support maintenance of the CRM system and ensure data compliance.
- Help manage the email marketing pipeline.
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager with advertising schedules.
- Monitor and report on marketing performance.
