A leading support service provider in Northern Ireland is seeking an Assistant Events Cleaning Manager for a full-time hybrid role in Belfast. You will supervise daily cleaning operations for events, ensuring high cleanliness standards and efficiency. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing cleaning staff, and liaising with event organizers. Ideal candidates should possess strong organizational and communication skills with a proven track record in cleaning management or event services.

This full-time hybrid role, based in Belfast. The Assistant Events Cleaning Manager, you will oversee daily cleaning operations for events, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising cleaning staff, coordinating schedules, maintaining cleaning supplies, and ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety standards. The role also involves liaising with event organizers to meet specific cleaning requirements and handling any operational challenges promptly.
- Experience in team supervision and scheduling
- Thorough knowledge of cleaning protocols, health, and safety standards
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with team members and clients
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including email communication and scheduling software
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and the ability to work during events
- A proactive attitude and a commitment to maintaining high service standards
- Previous experience in cleaning management or event services is advantageous
- Relevant certifications in health and safety or cleaning management would be beneficial
