A leading N.I. family-run company is seeking an IS Business Partner to join their team in the UK. You will have overall responsibility for engaging with business units, ensuring effective IT service delivery and facilitating project management best practices. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Henderson Wholesale is a leading Wholesaler in Northern Ireland and supplies goods to over 450 stores across various brands such as SPAR, EUROSPAR and VIVO. Reporting to the IT Controller, the successful candidate will have overall responsibility to serve as the strategic interface with assigned business units or functional areas for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution delivery, service management, risk management and relationship management.
The IT Business Partner will serve proactively as a “trusted advisor” working in partnership with stakeholders across the business units and will operate as the key business contact representing IT.

This is a full-time position working 36.5 hours per week. Working hours will be 8:45am-4:45pm Monday to Thursday and 8:45am-3:45pm Friday. Hybrid and flexible working arrangement available. (Must reside within daily commuting distance)
