Job summary
A local estate agency in Newbury is seeking a proactive HR Assistant/Advisor to support HR operations. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and maintaining HR systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience, be well-organised, and possess strong communication skills. Qualifications
