A progressive organization in IT support is seeking a Senior ICT Service Desk Technician to join their team in Nottingham, England. You will provide 1st and 2nd line technical support while managing incidents and change requests in a dynamic environment. We're on the hunt for a Senior ICT Service Desk Technician to support our team.

You will demonstrate a real team spirit, the desire to be hands on, be flexible and willing to attend sites when required as well as a desire to be part of upcoming ICT projects with the capability to manage as required.
