Responsibilities

• Advise on affordable housing in design and planning stages.
• Prepare and tender sale of units to achieve commercial returns.
• Coordinate construction processes ensuring specifications are followed.
• Chair meetings with colleagues and external agencies.
• Forge partnerships with Registered Providers and investors.
• Work with solicitors on contracts and legal matters.
• Prepare reports and viability assessments.
