A hospitality organization in London is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their Front Office team. The role requires excellent communication skills and a dedication to delivering superior customer service. Responsibilities include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring effective communication between departments. This position offers flexible working hours and various employee benefits.
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to come and join our friendly and professional Reception team. Working an 8 hour shift, our early shift starts at 7am with our late shifts finishing at 11:00pm. You must be flexible to work 5 days out of 7 including bank holidays.
Our Front Office team is the welcoming face of our hotel. As a Receptionist you will be responsible for creating that all important first and last impressions on our guests. Being in a customer facing role means you are a friendly, well - presented and confident individual with a warm way with people.
