Job Title: Restaurant Host
Overview

We are looking for someone who’s curious, caring and conscious. This role plays a crucial part in the successful opening of TRIBE and in curating the TRIBE experience—authentic and seamless for our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times, even when working to achieve solutions to challenges.
  • Manage reservations and table allocations during the day.
  • Greet guests and seat them at allocated tables, bidding them farewell on departure to ensure the best experience.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data in all systems and provide the necessary daily reservation details for all departments as per our operating procedures.
  • Maintain observation over guests and their property to ensure security alerts are kept to a minimum.
  • Collaborate with all hotel teams and outsourced partners to ensure utmost satisfaction for guests.
