WHATARE WE LOOKING FOR … We are looking to recruit a Front Office Agent (receptionist) to join our exceptional Front Office Team at The Celtic Collection. Your calm, efficient, friendly and professional personality will shine through to every guest along with your passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service. Multi‑tasking will be second to none whilst maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
WHATYOU’LL DO … As a Front Office Agent you will welcome and fulfil the check‑in and check‑out process for guests and group arrivals using the hotel systems. You will be required to have knowledge of The Celtic Collection and the services provided by various outlets.
