A hospitality organization in London is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their Front Office team. The role requires excellent communication skills and a dedication to delivering superior customer service. Responsibilities include managing guest check-ins and check-outs, assisting with inquiries, and ensuring effective communication between departments. An excellent opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to come and join our friendly and professional Reception team. Working an 8 hour shift, our early shift starts at 7am with our late shifts finishing at 11:00pm. You must be flexible to work 5 days out of 7 including bank holidays.
Our Front Office team is the welcoming face of our hotel. As a Receptionist you will be responsible for creating that all important first and last impressions on our guests. Being in a customer facing role means you are a friendly, well - presented and confident individual with a warm way with people.
